„  In collaboration with the Project Coordinator and the Logistics / Technical Logistics Coordinator, planning, establishing and reviewing the electrical activities in the mission/project, including its annual budget, in order to identify and give a response to the needs of the mission and the targeted population.
„  Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the electrical activity in the project ensuring compliance to MSF standards, protocols and procedures, and reporting to the Project Coordinator on the development of the ongoing programmes. This entails the following:

„  Ensuring that the electrical installations in the project are up to the level of the Technical Department, prioritizing personnel and equipment security and optimization of energy consumption based on real filed needs

„  Providing a technical proposal to improve the installations and bring them up to the level recommended by the Technical Department

„  Guaranteeing the setup of the recommendations and establishing the electrical records for the mission in order to ensure the compliance of the installations to said recommendations e.g. power demand analysis and working principle of the installation

„  In collaboration with the Project Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator and the HR Coordinator, participates in the planning and implementation of HR associated processes (recruitment, training, briefing/debriefing, evaluation, detection of potential, development and communication) of the staff.

„  Ensuring technical support and providing coaching to logistics staff.

„  Participating in monthly reports according to guidelines

„  Performing delegated tasks as per protocols and guidelines.

„  Identifying, defining and implementing solutions and strategies that reduce the environmental footprint of the electrical installations and HVAC. These strategies englobe not only technical solutions but also how the electrical installations are used, maintained and managed. To achieve the objective of reducing the environ-mental footprint entails energy efficiency, reducing the carbon dioxide emissions, a proper waste management and the use of sustainable and adaptable  solutions according to the context

I provided services that includes but are not limited to overall maintenance of the 200 acre area composing of Hostels, library, auditorium halls, IT labs, office complex, sport complex, residential colonies, cafeteria, and laundry etc. I conduct monthly and yearly maintenance checkups; prepare, design, and implement energy related projects. In general i provide the following technical services. -Planning, commissioning, implementation, designing, safety, protection, generation, utilization of electrical system. - Procurement, documentation, and record keeping. - training, supervising, giving technical input etc. -I cover all issues related to electricity that includes but are not limited to: • Electricity, and water billing of residential and commercial buildings • Procurement of technical and non-technical items and services as and when advised by the competent authority • Maintenance of energy meters, billing record and inventory of official and residential units. • Electricity and water billing of residential and commercial buildings. • Maintenance of stock register and measurement book etc. • Preparation of different technical and non-technical reports • Participation in committees constituted for security, inquiries and technical issues. • Participation in committees for organizing national level events like yearly Farmer convention • Digitization of Energy meters for residential colonies and commercial units for ensuring proper billing. • Introduction of energy efficient lighting system in indoor and outdoor official buildings/areas • To implement the recommendation of annual energy checks on time as per plan. • To train projects logistic team on proper installation and maintenance of all energy equipment. • Inventory and record keeping • Work as project manager for all energy installation projects verifying and design, BOQ. • To procure electricity related items and support procurement team while purchasing technical gadgets.
